* The current infill bylaw: The bulldozes in neighborhoods. I’ll push to slash unit-per-lot limits from 8 to 3 or less in residential zones, more housing, but balanced for communities, not just developers.
* Transit: The city keeps forcing expensive LRT expansions through quiet neighborhoods, disrupting communities while failing to fix the transit problems we actually have.
